We are always looking for friendly and motivated drivers for our different locations. Most of the locations are on-demand services, which we operate under different brands in cooperation with various local partners.

Frequently asked questions
How will I be paid?
We pay you on an hourly basis. The hourly remuneration is made up of a fixed basic amount, night supplements and tips. You can find the exact amounts in the job description of the respective location.
What shifts are there?
Our drivers work a four-shift system consisting of early, middle, late and night shifts. The exact times depend on the location and will be communicated to you during the application process.
Are you a taxi company?
CleverShuttle is not a taxi company. We are a ridepooling shuttle licensed as a rental car company. In return, we offer our passengers a particularly low price and protect the environment.
Do I need a P-licence?
Yes, all our drivers need a P-licence. But don't worry, we will support you with the application. Just apply and we will discuss the details of the P-licence with you personally.
What is a P-licence?
In Germany, you need a so-called "Personenbeförderungsschein" (short: P-licence). Since a local knowledge test is not required to operate a rental car, this is also referred to as a P-licence for rental cars. But this all sounds more complicated than it is.
How do I get a P-licence?
You can apply for a P licence in three simple steps. You need a licence of good conduct to present to the authorities (document type 0) and a medical examination. After that, you can apply for the P licence at the driving licence office. Here we explain step by step how to get a P licence.
Do I need previous experience in transporting people?
No. You do not need to have been a taxi driver, bus driver or chauffeur in the past. Our drivers include former painters, market researchers and restaurateurs, and some study or play music on the side. We teach you everything you need to know about passenger transport.
My city is not listed in the job advertisements. What can I do here?
If your city is not listed, we are not currently looking for drivers in that location. But keep an eye on our page, maybe your city will be listed soon.
How old do I have to be to work as a driver?
You have to be at least 21 years old.
