To be successful in the long term, you need great ideas, but above all you need people who can implement them. Our Operations team keeps our business running: We manage our fleet, train our employees and optimize processes.

What does the CleverShuttle operations team stand for?

Our team is cross-functional: we create, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize and automate all of our operation processes. From fleet management to employee training and support to office management - we make sure that all of the company's operations run smoothly.

We also support our Bid & Launch team in rolling out new on-demand services quickly and effectively. Once a new service is launched, we provide our team of on-site operations managers, assistants and drivers with the information and structure they need for their daily work and smooth operation. And last but not least, we work on the operational strategy by aligning our business processes with the overall strategic goals of the company.

My job is to get the mobility revolution on the road! Our team ensures that our transport operations are sustainably successful and that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day operations. In this way, we are laying the foundation to offer sustainable mobility to even more people in the future.
