What does the CleverShuttle bid & launch team stand for?
We are driven by the vision of modern mobility services. In order for us to realize on-demand ridepooling, we work with cities, counties and other transportation companies. We apply for public tenders and are responsible for the entire tendering phase. With success: CleverShuttle is an industry leader - our work pays off significantly. In addition, we are the contact person for the client on site until the start of operations.
What distinguishes the bid & launch team at CleverShuttle from other bid & launch teams?
There are many aspects to consider during the establishment of a project and every project is different. When a bid is awarded, we provide project management and coordination until the shuttles are on the road. This includes aspects such as purchasing the e-shuttles and setting up charging infrastructure. We work closely with the different departments of CleverShuttle. For example, we work with HR to organise recruiting new driving personnel and with our IT specialists to ensure the software is ready when a project launches. Within the team, responsibilities are distributed on a project-by-project basis, we have a dedicated project manager and contact person per project. We support each other, exchange ideas regularly and keep each other up to date.

With our work my team makes a real difference! Every time we win a tender, we shape how local people will get around in the future. It's incredibly motivating to see how our theoretical plans turn into real change within a few short months.
